There are a number of things you can do to stretch your food dollar and make sure all your nutritional needs are met even on a very limited food budget.

You will find that buying a whole week’s supply of fresh produce on the farmers market is much more affordable than you may think.

Try making large batches of food and freezing it, or pickling/fermenting.

Starting your own vegetable garden is one of the best ways you can save money and get the most out of your produce. Learn to compost and garden so you can make your own organic closed cycle.

We have lots of resources for all budgets.
